To ensure our guests receive adequate portions, we allow our guests to choose between a Cantonese Spring Roll or a Spiced Chicken Wing and offer a complimentary soup as well. Since the pricing is lower during lunch, the portions are smaller than our typical dinner portions. We apologize that the lunch portion was too small for you. We offer our guests the ability to substitute the soup for a more traditional offering of either Hot and Sour or Egg Drop Soup if they don't enjoy the complimentary soup that we serve during lunch. We're sorry that you didn't enjoy the lunch soup that was offered with your meal and that the fried noodles that were served with the soup were not to your liking. Some of our other dishes utilize pork as well, such as our Hot and Sour Soup and our Ma Po Tofu. In terms of pork offerings, while we do not have dishes that are specifically pork centered, we do offer Pork Fried Rice and Pork Wok Tossed Noodles. The fusion in our offerings comes from the fusion of techniques, rather than the fusion of flavors. In terms of being advertised as Asian Cuisine, we label ourselves more specifically as Asian Fusion. We apologize that the food was not to your liking and expectations.
